Resin allows me to create unique, stunning art designs and incorporate fragile inclusions like hair in your jewellery none of which can be achieved within the limits of glass.
I use high quality, jewellers grade, UV stable, resins so that your jewellery will be crystal clear, shiny, hard, cool to the touch and long lasting. They are brands widely used by professional artists and jewellery makers
If you want to consider glass be aware that it is not as completely 'bomb proof' as people claim. Due to the extreme heat required in making glass, delicate inclusions such as hair & flowers cannot be set. Glass jewellery can be expensive and the range of designs is very limited, usually to colours and swirls - I cannot create my designs using glass and haven't seen anyone else who can- resin allows me to be more creative and, I think, produces a more stunning result.
If you would like a completely unique, custom designed piece that is a hand painted work of art then a little extra care is all that's needed. We hope you agree the difference is worth it.
